Ultimate Dashboard is a browser extension that replaces the new tab page. It is built to keep your data on your machine.

What we store, and where

Bookmarks, tasks, widget layouts, themes, notes and settings are saved in chrome.storage.local on your device. We do not run a user-account database. There is no required sign-in.

What leaves your browser

• Weather — city you type is sent to Open-Meteo (no API key of ours).
• Markets — coin and FX widgets call public APIs such as CoinGecko only if you add those widgets.
• RSS — feed URLs you add are fetched via the extension background worker and, if needed, a public RSS-to-JSON proxy.
• Favicons — bookmark icons may load from Google’s public favicon service.
• AI chat — if you paste your own API key, messages go only to the provider you chose. We never receive that key.
• License — if you buy a paid plan, the key you enter is sent to https://license.ultimatedashboard.app/validate (a Cloudflare Worker) which checks it with Lemon Squeezy. One activation per key.

If you never add those widgets and never enter a license key, those calls do not happen.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not run third-party advertising networks inside the extension.
• We do not read your other tabs, history, or passwords.
• We do not require an account to use the free tier.

Payments

Paid licenses are sold by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their privacy policy applies to checkout, invoices and payouts. We receive your license key status, tier and expiry so the extension can unlock features. We do not store your card number.

Analytics

This marketing website may use Cloudflare’s standard request logs. The extension itself does not include Google Analytics or similar trackers.

Children

The product is not directed at children under 13.
